Javier Dancausa
Co-founder
More than six years at PAI Partners, a global private equity firm with >$28bn in AUM, working between London and Madrid. Earlier experience in M&A at Rothschild & Co and Altamar CAM.
At PAI, he was part of the investment team specialising in Business Services, with direct experience in sale processes involving international insurance brokers such as April Group and DiotSiaci in France.
Studied Business Administration (BBA) at CUNEF, with specialised courses in Innovation Management at LSE (London School of Economics) and in Business Administration and Public Speaking at Penn State University.
Vicente Laiseca
Co-founder
More than twelve years in technology startups across Madrid, London and San Francisco, including a decade specialising in insurance. He has led product, data and technology teams and developed AI solutions for insurance distribution.
He worked as a Data Scientist at Ebury in London. At Agentero, he was a Data Scientist and later a Product Manager, developing technology for its network of more than 3,000 insurance agencies.
At Producerflow, he led the creation from scratch of a product for insurers, designed to support distribution through brokerages and agencies. This experience gives him a perspective on both sides of insurance distribution: intermediaries and insurers.
